An annual international competition and traveling exhibition juried in Paris and sponsored by UNESCO, Urban Art International, and ICOGRADA. The grand prize, the 1996 Prix Savingnac, was awarded to Milton Glaser’s poster for the School of Visual Arts, "Art is...Whatever".
